Journal entries are personal to your account. Community posts are visible according to your chosen identity and the Threads experience. Use anonymous mode whenever that feels right for you.

You can update account details in Settings, delete your account, and contact us for privacy requests. We keep information only as long as needed to operate MyMentor and meet legal obligations.
